For more than twenty years in hospital medicine and critical care, I saw the same story play out too many times. Patients arrived with heart attacks and strokes, driven by slow metabolic problems decades in the making. The hospital managed the immediate crisis. Then I watched the follow-up break down under the weight of daily life. Our healthcare system is built to respond when something breaks. I wanted to be there long before it does.

I left the hospital to put my energy into work that changes the trajectory of a life. I know it can be done because I have done it. After college football, I reached 325 pounds; the 100 pounds I lost have stayed off for twenty-five years. At Enduro, we work together for the long haul. Your data reveals what is coming years ahead, and we act on it while your best seasons are still in front of you.

If you have built a serious career and raised a family, you know the pattern. The demands are relentless, so you put your head down, handle what is in front of you, and push your health to the next stopping point. But the stopping point rarely comes. The good news is that the discipline that built everything else in your life is exactly what rebuilds you. It just has to be pointed at your own body, backed by a plan worth your time.

Enduro is designed for those who have a great deal they still want to do. Some already take excellent care of themselves and want to go deeper. Others want their strength and energy back. The decline usually starts small: heading in early on a good ski day, or watching from the lodge when the family comes up instead of being out there with them.

My family and I made Park City our permanent home because this place is magic. For me, a perfect day is standing at the top of the mountain among the evergreens, quiet snow, and a cold wind on my face, skiing with friends and family. It is tennis, hiking, and everything this landscape offers. Park City looks like a fountain of youth, but it is really just years of good choices, stacked up.

That is what more good years mean to me. I want to know what they mean to you. I built Enduro to help you reclaim them, and to be the physician I would want for my own family, year after year.

How good can we still be?

Reclaim.

Reveal.

Restore.
